Greetings from Nevada Missouri!

My name is Courtney Brown and I have volunteered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's TEAM IN TRAINING to run the Walt Disney World Marathon (26.2 miles) on January 11, 2005! The Team in Training (TNT) program exists in order to raise funds to find a cure for blood-related cancers, particularly leukemia and lymphoma. TNT participants physically train fro 4-5 months under an experienced coach, all while raising money for this great cause.

I have two missions:

*To participate in the Team in Training Marathon in Walt Disney World on January 11, 2005 on behalf of my "honored heroes", Cleone Young a friend of my family was just diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and Kayla Horsman a 12-year-old girl currently in remission from having large cell lymphoma.

*Raise $3,400 dollars for fund the search for a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma.


75% of all donations go directly towards research, patient aid and public education. Every donation no matter the amount goes a long way to helping find a cure for these diseases. All donations are 100% tax deductible.
